The vision of these flames at night is strange and extraordinary Ijen is a 20 kilometers wide caldera, which houses more volcanoes in it. one of them is the Kawah Ijen volcano, which is field with sulfur. When it  burns the blue flames appear, the site is especially amazing at night.
As the light of the day recedes, an eerie incandescence apperars to rise from the depths of the Kawah Ijen crater. The high temperatur liquid sulfur that flows from an active vent at the edge of the world's largest hydrochloric acid lake flares in blue flames that can reach up to 5 meters.
